SEEN AND HEARD - ABC13'S MISSION TO REFLECT & INSPIRE OUR DIVERSE COMMUNITIES

Join us on Thursday, July 15 at 2 p.m. for our upcoming virtual media mixer: “Seen and Heard: ABC13’s Mission to Reflect & Inspire Our Diverse Communities.” We will be joined by Brandon De Hoyos, director of community engagement, and Brittaney Wilmore, digital producer, with ABC13. In this session, you will learn how ABC13 is making an impact across Greater Houston in service to a variety of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, and how PRSA members can get involved.

MEET BRANDON

Brandon De Hoyos has been with ABC13 since 2015. Prior to his current role as director of community engagement, he served as digital producer supervisor and web producer. Before joining ABC13, he worked at the Houston SPCA as e-communications manager, served as managing editor at First Cornerstone Group, online editor at Radio One and guide for About.com. Brandon has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Houston.

MEET BRITTANEY

Brittaney Wilmore has served as a digital producer at ABC13 since 2017. Prior to joining ABC13, she was a news producer at KHOU11 for more than three years, and an editor, videographer, host and reporter with Houston Community College for over four years. She was also a contributor for CultureMap for close to three years. Brittaney has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Houston.
