Please fill out the form below to order an award. Once you click "Submit" at the bottom of the form, enter your credit card information. The cost to reorder an Excalibur Award is $180.00. If you want to order multiple awards, please fill out the form for each award.  

The deadline to submit orders is Friday, August 7, 2026. 

We will send you a notice when the re-orders have been received. At that time, the awards may be picked up at the PRSA Houston Office (1321 Antoine Drive, Houston, TX 77055). There is no mailing option for awards.
